Check-in & check-out times? Is there luggage storage
Check-in is from 14:00 (earlier if available) and check-out until 12:00. We also offer luggage storage so you can enjoy your last day on the slopes and even shower in the spa area before leaving.
What types of rooms are available?
We have Standard, Superior and Suite rooms with views of the slopes or the valley. We also offer connected rooms specially designed for families.
What extra services does the hotel offer?
In addition to restaurant and café, we offer: heated indoor pool, spa with sauna and Turkish bath, massages and beauty treatments; indoor parking with EV chargers; kids’ club; ski lockers; 24 h reception; free Wi-Fi and our exclusive ski companion service: “Ski with us”. What dining options are available?
We offer a buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and the Blanc Bistro for typical Aran Valley dishes, tapas and small plates on the slopes.
Are there options for guests with allergies or dietary needs?
Yes. We offer adapted menus for guests with allergies or special dietary needs. Please contact reception directly for allergen info and available options.
What activities are available at the hotel?
You can relax at the spa, enjoy massages and treatments, or swim in the heated pool. For kids, we offer supervised activities Monday to Saturday, 16:00 to 19:30.
Does the hotel have event spaces?
Yes. We have three versatile meeting rooms for seminars, presentations and celebrations, with capacity for up to 200 people. See our corporate event proposal here.
Where is the hotel located?
The hotel is right on the slopes, in the centre of Baqueira Beret ski resort, just steps from the gondola.
Can I buy my ski pass at the hotel?
Yes. We provide you with a Baqueira Ticket at reception, which you can reload by scanning the QR code, linked to the official Baqueira website.. You can also buy online and link it to the card we give you.
Is there ski rental service?
Yes. At the hotel entrance you’ll find Cuylàs ski rental. As a guest, you’ll receive a special price.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed at the hotel.
