The use by the user of the services contained in the website implies the express acceptance of the following general conditions of the domains and the explicit acceptance of the general conditions which implies an agreement between the user and ESQUIA, S.A.

General conditions between ESQUIA, S.A. and the user:

It is indicated that the person responsible for the file is the commercial company ESQUIA, S.A. (Carretera de Bonaigua s/n, Baqueira Beret 25598, Spain), for the purposes of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition provided for in the aforementioned Law. Likewise, the communication of said data to third parties is expressly authorised when necessary for the proper provision of the services contracted.

The user is responsible for providing correct data, especially the delivery address of the orders and the names of the passengers, which must coincide exactly with those that appear on their ID card or passport. ESQUIA, S.A. accepts no responsibility for any problems or expenses caused by errors of this nature.
